(No, i&#039;m not East German but i grew up close to the border so we were able to watch their communist news. It was fun back then - communism was contained behind the Iron Curtain.)</description>

		<description>Wow.  There won&#039;t be any useful progress until there is a big stink about using people who know what they are doing to make decisions that are wise.  For instance, calling a consortium of energy engineers and policy makers to make a clear plan for energy progress including infrastructure and generation.  It&#039;s really sad how much of our resources are being wasted.</description>
