    See Ferenc Miskolczi’s evaluation of the Global Greenhouse Effect (total optical depth) for both H2O and CO2 from 1948 to 2008 at http://www.miskolczi.webs.com/
    The Global Greenhouse Effect trend from NOAA data is essentially flat for the last 61 years, despite about a 26% increase in CO2.
